I am very happy with Big Cat Plumbing. The woman who answers the phone was kind and professional. The plumber, D, was wonderful and professional. He gave me an honest assessment on my plumbing issues and did not try to upsell me (which he could have). He was quick and efficient and fixed our issues.
Wyatt and Nate were our installers for a new HVAC and Heat Pump system. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Installation was a big job removing the old system and putting in the new system. Wyatt fixed a couple of venting issues on our water heater and secured an air intake for us. Wyatt is professional and goes beyond expectations to be sure our home is safe for us. Thank you Big Cat for employing the best.
Had BIGCAT do what previous owners of our home should have done. They did a THOROUGH job, cleaned coils, ducts, dryer vent, fogged duct work, returns and vents and wiped everything down. Once again another team: Wyatt, Victor and manager Rob, all were very professional, courteous, and kind. Price was reasonable. And very much worth it.
“Buy an old house, they said… It’ll be fun, they said…” My outside hose bib was having some pressure issues and leaking, so I called Big Cat to see if they could help fix it. They theorized it was busted from freezing, but the hard part was actually accessing it to prove it was a freeze break for insurance purposes and to get it fixed. They did an awesome job navigating the tight access, proved the break, and got it fully repaired. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Chris was absolutely Top Notch! I swear you guys have some of the best electrician/plumber/all sorts of everything fixer/every man repair people there! I love it! So thank you again! Absolutely impressed with the crew over at Big Cat. They truly care about their work and their clients. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all respectable. I'm very thankful to have had Coby and Cameron out to install some clean-outs. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get it taken care of, while making it look like a simple task! Not only that, but Coby explained the process and what to expect at each step. I also want to acknowledge Leila, Julia, Blake, and Eddie for helping out along the way and helping get things in order for this project to occur.
The people working at BigCat were wonderful, kind, and courteous from m the time I called for service for the gas line to my gas stove to the actual service.
