I needed a gas line ran from the garage to the kitchen, as I got rid of electric stove and bought a gas stove. Price I thought was reasonable for what they had to do. The only issue is that I still have a big hole in my living room wall where they bought gas line in. Other than that it was great to work with all of them.
Chris did my annual furance maintenace and it was a great experience. I signed up for their perferred customer program and look forward for them to handle all my plumbing and heating needs
This place is amazing they came here early this morning August 28th at 8:00 a.m. supposed to be here at 9:00 they're on the ball they got the job done they put this one cooler in brand new the guys are excellent workers I would recommend them tremendously with anything electrical or swamp coolers above they're excellent excellent I give them 50,000 there they need some rewards there's some Oscars
We had a huge leak in our gas line and our gas was turned off by the city. Big Cat came out same day to look at it and give us a quote on what it would cost. Our sales rep. Was Jeff, he was great didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary or add extra price to our cost he was fair and consistent with his pricing. Unfortunately the price was way above what we could afford so they offered us a 15 year loan with a low interest rate, which we greatly appreciated. The person who did the majority of the work was Sam (I think, cute kid with a bucket hat) he worked around the clock to get our gas
The technicians, Chris and Justin, were prompt keeping the appointment. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The problem with my 25 year old HVAC unit was diagnosed and repaired. They gave me a run down on the overall condition and health of my unit and provided a replacement option for my consideration.
I am very happy with Big Cat Plumbing. The woman who answers the phone was kind and professional. The plumber, D, was wonderful and professional. He gave me an honest assessment on my plumbing issues and did not try to upsell me (which he could have). He was quick and efficient and fixed our issues.
Wyatt and Nate were our installers for a new HVAC and Heat Pump system. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Installation was a big job removing the old system and putting in the new system. Wyatt fixed a couple of venting issues on our water heater and secured an air intake for us. Wyatt is professional and goes beyond expectations to be sure our home is safe for us. Thank you Big Cat for employing the best.
Had BIGCAT do what previous owners of our home should have done. They did a THOROUGH job, cleaned coils, ducts, dryer vent, fogged duct work, returns and vents and wiped everything down. Once again another team: Wyatt, Victor and manager Rob, all were very professional, courteous, and kind. Price was reasonable. And very much worth it.
“Buy an old house, they said… It’ll be fun, they said…” My outside hose bib was having some pressure issues and leaking, so I called Big Cat to see if they could help fix it. They theorized it was busted from freezing, but the hard part was actually accessing it to prove it was a freeze break for insurance purposes and to get it fixed. They did an awesome job navigating the tight access, proved the break, and got it fully repaired. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
