Consulted me about the vent locations and very neatly installed all of them in the ceiling. The plumbers, Kaden and Jacob,
installed the water softener and under sink reverse Osmosis water filter. They explained everything about the system and did a great job installing everything. I also had Apex Electrical upgrade my electrical panel.
Big Cat also corrected some very important issues that the previous Hydronics company had not done correctly. So now all of my household mechanicals are modernized and working smoothly! Great work guys!

I had a great experience with Greg and Wyatt and the entire team. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my broken water heater and get a new one installed. Along with replacing the water heater, they also installed a new water softener system and reverse osmosis (RO) system. They also took care of rerouting my dryer vent, which had previously been venting into the garage, so that it now properly vents outside. I really appreciated their ability to address several different issues and get everything taken care of correctly
The team was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. They took care of everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I am very happy with Big Cat Plumbing. The woman who answers the phone was kind and professional. The plumber, D, was wonderful and professional. He gave me an honest assessment on my plumbing issues and did not try to upsell me (which he could have). He was quick and efficient and fixed our issues.
The technicians, Chris and Justin, were prompt keeping the appointment. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The problem with my 25 year old HVAC unit was diagnosed and repaired. They gave me a run down on the overall condition and health of my unit and provided a replacement option for my consideration.
